Can I live at Pebble Beach permanently?
No, you can use your holiday home for the 10 month & 1 Week licence period from 1st March to 7th January following year.
What age group does the park cater for?
There is no age restriction we cater for all ages although most owners are semi retired.
How long is the leasehold licence?
50 years.
What is included in the price?
With each home purchase, we provide a decked verandah, block paved drive, patio area and brick skirting.
Is Council tax payable?
Yes, this is included in the site fees.
Do you allow pets on the park?
Yes, but all dogs must remain on a lead whilst on the park.
How secure will my lodge home be when I am not at the park?
Very secure as we have electric operated gates and CCTV. We also have a permanent site warden throughout the year.
How much does a lodge home cost?
Starting from £74,995 but this depends on your chosen home.
What is the quality of the lodge home like?
Each new home is built to BS 3632 standards and comes with a 10 year warranty.
Do I have a choice of lodge home?
You can choose any size or length of home from any manufacturer to suit your plot.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, we can arrange competitive finance.
Can I sub-let my lodge home?
No, we do not allow sub-letting.
What happens if I want to eventually sell?
You can sell privately or we can arange to sell on your behalf. We may also be interested to purchase from you.
